Getting to Curtin

Transperth’s bus services 70, 72 and 75 run between the Perth CBD (including Adelaide Terrace and St Georges Terrace) and Curtin University Bus Station. Visit the Transperth website or call Transperth on 13 62 13 for all transport enquiries.

Parking at Curtin

Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel

Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel is situated in the secluded Mounts Bay Village; a sanctuary of landscaped gardens complemented by swimming pools, tennis courts and furnished apartments. The village is located between Kings Park and the Swan River and is the perfect vantage point from where to base your stay in Perth. With the free CAT bus service stopping right outside the village, this allows you the freedom to explore the City easily although for those who enjoy the walk, we are only ten minutes from the bustling CBD.

Each apartment has a private balcony or courtyard. All offer a large living area with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and laundry facilities. The casual Courtside Restaurant is open for breakfast each morning.

One Bedroom Apartment: $220 per night per room only.


Conditions and cancellation policy

The hotel will charge the cost of the first night’s accommodation as a non-refundable deposit to individual delegate’s cards unless a deposit equal to the cost of the first nights’ accommodation is paid to Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel 30 days prior to arrival.

The balance of the cost of the accommodation is to be paid upon check in. Only one account per apartment booked will be issued. There will be no separate billing for individuals sharing an apartment.

A refundable bond or security deposit will be required at check-in and can be paid by credit card or cash.
